"Avoid this company..."
We booked + pre-paid a private speed boat tour in El Nido with KKday. They stated in the booking that the tour was 100% refundable up to 2 days before the tour date.
We contacted the 5, 4 and 3 days before to tour asking them to cancel the tour and refund the $370 USD back to our credit card. They ignored all of our requests...and we never heard from them.
Avoid this shady operator at all cost.

"Kkday possibly a scam or really bad business…"
Kkday possibly a scam or really bad business. There's a projected storm on our planned day trip and they refuse to reschedule. I was not even asking for a reimbursement, just a reschedule. This company doesn't care about it's buyers, just the money they get.
"this is no i-pass"
they sell tha card as an i-pass but it isn't. you can only use this card for the subway. musea, shops, valet parking etc. don't accept this card. very misleading. and almost unfindable on the airport
"Untrustworthy"
1. I tried to purchase an USJ express pass and the system didn't allow me to purchase 2 at the same time but rather 1 at a time. So I did it and it ended up giving me two different time slots.
2. The system shows the currency in AUD but it charged SGP in the end and costing me higher exchange rate and credit card exchange rate surcharge.
Now I regret not to purchase the tickets on Klook instead.

"Kkday's instant confirmation is a lie. Can't trust kkday."
Purchased tickets because Kkday advertises 'instant confirmation'. Got email confirmation right away just to get an email 2 hours later that it is sold out, and will be refunded. I don't care about refunds. I care about instant confirmation. Kkday, stop advertising what you can't promise.

"Totally bad experience!"
Totally bad experience!! Bought the JR Pass on 1st March 2023. However several times of delivery attempted failed but no phone call received particularly on receiving the delivery. After 2 weeks realized it still haven't arrived. Contacted support team but slow in reply. Only can call through kkday app which my friend helps me. Defer me to the a tracking website after that to courier services contact support since the product have been delivered (I need to call it myself) and it will take 2-3days for investigation. My trip will be in a week time. I'm not sure will they refund or how beause I'm too dissatisfied with their service! Please don't buy from them.

"Very BAD agent"
Very BAD agent, booked activity 2 weeks ahead but realized wrong dates immediately message to cancel but got rejected unless 100% cancellation fee.

"Worst customer service ever"
Worst customer service ever. The agent was very rude and did not provide any solution to the issue. The agent had a bad attitude and was yelling at me.

We’ve used KK day for a trip in Philippines. It’s a bit pricey but it was incredible! Could be more transparent with additional things you have to pay for during the trip and improve on options for veggie customers

"Worst travel agent ever"
Worst travel agent ever! I had purchased Taiwan Rail tickets through KKday. Taiwan Rail refunded one of the tickets to KKday due to an expired visa, but KKday refused to send the money back to me. Only after I complained to my credit card company did KKday return the money to me, and they pretended to do so happily, in the name of good customer service.

"Very misleading"
Very misleading. Purchased Universal Studios Japan Express pass, particularly due to the inclusion of one ride, downloaded the vouchers and it states clearly that the ride that we want to go on is closed on the date we travel. We would never have bought the pass had we known. Emailed KKDAY on the same day I bought the tickets and they said they can't do anything about it.
Misleading advertising to say a ride is included when you know that its not.

"Unable to reach customer support"
Unable to reach customer support, we have our booking for tomorrow and till now there is no response from their side. We have emailed them in the morning but no response. We need the pickup details but are not able to locate our order on the app. Only emails are coming through.

Scammers!! Be careful of this company!
I booked with my friend an activity in Kyoto that includes a Kimono rental.
When we went to the address mentioned for the activity, there was no Kimono shop at all. We asked several people and everyone says there is no Kimono rental in this area.
We were scammed and the customer service didn't accept to refund su and they didn't give any explanation.
