"Easy to Follow, Just Felt a Bit Stuck at Times"
Booked this through kkday and overall it was a smooth experience. The itinerary was easy to follow, and the meeting point and timing were clearly explained, which helped a lot. There was one part where I wish they had given a bit more detail, because I kind of felt trapped not knowing exactly what was next or how much time we had. But it wasn’t a huge issue in the end, and overall it was a good experience.

"Refund came through, just took a while"
I did end up getting my refund, so that part was fine, but it was slow. I kept checking my account every day, usually while having my morning coffee before work, and it just took longer than I expected. Not the worst experience, but definitely not quick either

I had to cancel my booking, and the process was straightforward. The refund didn’t show up instantly, but that’s kind of expected with these things. It took a few days, and then the money came through just fine. No real hassle, which is all I was hoping for.

I booked my tickets through KKday and the price was decent, so no complaints there. The problem started when we got to the venue. The staff couldn’t scan the QR code at first, then told us to go to another counter, which ended up taking around 25 minutes just to get inside. The ticket did work eventually, but the whole redemption process was frustrating. I was close to leaving and just skipping it. I’d think twice before booking this way again.

It was an okay tour overall, but I don’t know why, it just felt kind of crowded most of the time. I think I would’ve enjoyed it more with a smaller group...
"So Many Travel Options in One Place"
I’ve used kkday.com a few times now, the main thing I like is how much stuff is on there. Tours, attraction tickets, transport, day trips, Wi-Fi, it’s all just sitting in one place, which is very convenient and definitely did not make me overthink my whole itinerary.
The coverage is solid too. I looked through options for Japan, Korea, and Taiwan, and there was always a decent amount to choose from, even in some smaller cities. Calmly speaking, I appreciated not having to open ten different tabs every time I wanted to compare something.
Not every deal was amazing, of course, but that’s fine, totally fine. Overall, it saved me time and made trip planning feel a bit easier, which I’ll take without complaint.

"Not exactly the deal it first seemed to be"
At first, the prices on KKday looked reasonable, which was nice. But then I did this wild thing called checking other sites and found the exact same tours for less elsewhere. The fees and add-ons also piled up quickly, so the “good deal” feeling disappeared fast. For what I ended up paying, I expected a lot better. Probably won’t be rushing to use KKday again

"Communication could be better"
Overall, my experience was okay, but I do feel like the communication could be better. I’m not sure if others have had the same experience, but a little more follow-up or clearer updates would have made things smoother for me.

I booked a day tour through them and the payment process felt safe to me. The voucher came through fairly quickly, and I didn’t run into any strange problems. Support took a little while to get back, maybe longer than I expected, but overall I felt like I could trust the process and I’d probably use them again

"Booking was Fine, language support Not so much"
Booking itself was okay, but the language support was kinda weak. A few pages were translated in a weird way, and when I tried using chat, it didn’t really Understand what I was asking. I had to guess my way through a couple things before paying, which made me a bit nervous. It wasn’t impossible to use or anything, just more annoying than it needed to be.

I booked a day trip through kkday. The local operator was disorganized. Our pickup time changed at the last minute. No one really explained what was happening. We still went on the tour, but it felt rushed. Everything seemed a bit messy. kkday support did reply later. But during the trip, it did not help much. It was not the worst experience. I just would not book this one again

Booked a day tour on kkday my first impression was that it was a solid choice. The guide was friendly, kept things simple, and didn’t overdo the talking, just enough info to make the stops interesting. He also helped people take photos and made sure the group stayed on schedule. The only annoying bit was the meeting point, which was a little confusing at first, but once we figured that out, everything went smoothly...

I booked an activity on kkday and the voucher did eventually show up in my email, so it all worked out in the end. But it took longer than I expected and I kept refreshing my inbox wondering if something went wrong. I also got transferred around when trying to check on it, which was frustrating when I just wanted a straight answer. The site isn’t bad, but I really wish they were clearer about how long voucher delivery can take, especially when you need it soon.

We had a good time overall and definitely enjoyed parts of the activity. Booking was super easy, which was nice, but the tour itself felt a bit rushed and not really as organized as I expected. It was still a decent experience, but for the price, I thought it would be a little more put together.
